1. Strictly adhere to all operating procedures to ensure safe production.
2. According to the twist pitch requirements specified by the process, install the corresponding pulleys and twist pitch gears according to the twist pitch table.
3. Install the wire pay-off reel, and pull the copper wire from the wire storage rack to the main machine inlet, guiding it into the main machine. One wire must pass through the meter counter guide (otherwise, the meter counter will not count when the machine is started).
4. Install the cable reel, pass the wires into the main unit through each guide and pulley, and finally wrap a few turns on the cable reel.
5. Turn off the main power switch inside the main cabinet, and set the length budget for the meter according to process requirements. If the original meter length is not zero, it should be reset to zero.
6. Flip all six toggle switches on the side of the main control cabinet to the on position.
7. Check whether the tray at the bottom of the main unit has been lowered to the bottom. If it has not been lowered completely, loosen (turn counterclockwise) the switch of the hydraulic pump to lower it all the way, and then close the doors and machine cover properly.
8. Turn the "speed setting potentiometer" on the main cabinet counterclockwise to the end, press the "motor start" button, then slowly turn the "speed setting" potentiometer clockwise, and the machine will start running. The operating speed is indicated by the tachometer.
9. After reaching the preset length, the machine will automatically stop. Once the bow winder has completely stopped, the machine cover can be opened, and the wire unloading door can be lowered. Then, tighten the oil pump switch (turn clockwise), pull out the oil pump hook, operate the oil pump handle to raise the tray, and support the reel. After unloading the reel, to prevent the oil pressure handle from falling, the hook should be used to secure the oil pump handle.
10. During operation, if a disconnection is detected, the machine will automatically perform an emergency shutdown. In case of an unexpected situation requiring an emergency stop, press the 'Emergency Stop' button, and the machine will stop quickly.
11. When a break or line change occurs, the joint should be small and connected reliably. Before the joint reaches the winding drum, it should run at low speed. At this time, the jog mode should be used. The jog operation is as follows: open the door cover, hold the micro switch with your left hand, press the 'jog button' with your right hand, and the winch will operate at low speed. Releasing this button will stop the operation. During jogging, the joint should be watched visually, and once the joint reaches the winding drum, the door cover can be closed and normal operation resumed.
12. After finishing work, the power should be turned off, waste materials cleaned up, and the machine kept tidy.
