1. Arrive at the post ten minutes early for shift handover. The handover content includes production, equipment, products, materials, and molds/stools. The handover details must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.

  2. At the same time, there is a ticket, a process card, and two types of proofreading; are the specifications consistent?

  3. Prepare the single line and mold counties according to the process card. The single line should use an external diameter measured in thousands of feet, and the mold should be carefully checked for identification.

  4. The receiver board core cannot be less than 25 times the outer diameter of the stranded wire.

  5. Check whether the compressed air valve is open

  6. Adjust the equipment parameters according to the process card. 7. Adjust the tension of the wire board according to the length of the wire and the weight of the wire board.

Twisting Machine Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep Procedures

Operators must thoroughly understand the construction, performance, and process specifications of the equipment. Achieve the 'Three Goods' and 'Four Capabilities' (manage well, use well, maintain well; know how to operate, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot).

Be familiar with the lubrication sites of the equipment and the types of oil used. Each shift must follow the oil point lubrication and fueling regulations. Before starting the rotating operation on site, check whether the equipment has any faults, tighten screws, and pay special attention to fragile parts and limit devices. During production, closely monitor the rotation of the machine tool; if any abnormalities are found, stop immediately and report to maintenance personnel for handling. Each shift must spend ten minutes cleaning the equipment, and every week one hour. Carefully complete the primary maintenance plan, and each month be sure to add high-quality grease to the screws to keep them flexible.

Perform routine maintenance of equipment and keep records of equipment transfer and operation.
